JOB SUMMARY

The Customer Success Operations Lead, will be appreciated with excellent data analytics skills to support the Revenue Operations and report to the Customer Success Operation Director.

This is a highly collaborative role, which requires excellent analysis skills, organization, prioritization, clear communication, stakeholder management.


 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Supporting the Customer Success Operation Director in daily work, short- term solutions, or long-term projects
  • Manage different types of projects independently with little guidance
  • Provides insightful data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership, based on analysis, experience, market data etc
  • Completes periodic or ad-hoc report creation, and present it to different teams if needed
  • Partners closely with Product, CS, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal to align team priorities and programs
  • Monitor and maintain pre-defined process and workflows
  • Identify opportunities for improvements and propose solutions

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent at English both on Oral and written
  • Quick learner and outstanding communication skill
  • Master at Microsoft Office Software, especially Professional level on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Open to use and able to use well different software related to work
  • Open mind, willing to share and discuss, dare to brainstorm
  • Can work under pressure and can handle multiple projects
  • Analytical thinking, Proactive, Energetic
  • Work full time, from Monday to Friday
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Be Interested in SaaS software industry
  • 1+ years’ experience as an Analyst, Project Manager, Coordinator, Consultant, or Other Customer Service Role

 

COMPETENCIES

  • Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
  • Good knowledge of social networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and WeChat
  • Strong knowledge of Product marketing strategy (advantage)
  • Proficiency using CRM tools such as Hubspot (advantage)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Market Muse, Buzzumo, and Google Analytics (advantage)
