JOB SUMMARY


People Team (HR) is responsible for People at Inspectorio, aka Inspectorians! Our mission is to make Inspectorio a unique place to work, a place where Inspectorians feel welcome, connected, recognized, motivated, empowered, and one where Inspectorians are growing and developing everyday.   We make this happen by continuously improving People processes from Hiring, Onboarding to Performance Management, Professional Development, Compensation & Benefit, Engagement & Communication, until Offboarding. 


As a Specialist, People Team, you are part of this important and exciting journey. Your main focus will be on Hiring & Onboarding under supervision and guidance of senior members, as well as providing support to our Engagement/Communication teams and various activities within the People Team. 


RESPONSIBILITIES


HIRING & ONBOARDING 

  • Create a comprehensive job description based on manager specifications to be used to present to candidates and to post to job boards and internal gateways.  
  • Be active and creative in sourcing on various channels like LinkedIn, professional/social media forums, career fairs, partnership, networking events or any other creative methods to locate qualified candidates. Develop and Maintain Candidate Database. 
  • Coordinate with Hiring Panel/Department Heads to facilitate Interview rounds, Offer Creation and Negotiation to hire the right talent. 
  • Facilitate New Employee onboarding process to ensure they feel welcome, ready, and help them integrate successfully.   
  • Participate in Employer Branding activities to enhance company’s presence in the market and attract more talents on various channels. 


ENGAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION 

  • Organize, support employee engagement events both locally and globally, both in-person and virtual setting, i.e Friday events, Company trip, Year End party, other team building activities, etc. 
  • Support internal communication activities to ensure all the communications from People Team are delivered on time in full. 

 

GENERAL SUPPORT FOR PEOPLE TEAM 

  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics.  
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of HR policies & processes, HR Data Management. 
  • Provide support in managing office facilities, procurement for People Team, and other administration tasks. 
  • Provide support in HR Projects & ad-hoc tasks where needed. 


REQUIREMENTS 


  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 2 years experienced in HR activities in international companies, preferable in IT/Tech industry. 
  • Fluen in English with exceptional verbal and written communication is a must. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Social Media channels. 
  • Tech-savvy
