We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing department. If you’re an ambitious individual who wants to build a career in marketing, then this is the role for you.


As our marketing associate, you will be responsible for the execution of our product marketing strategy. Your day-to-day will include assisting in the management of our social platforms, creating content marketing materials, and conducting market analysis and research. You will also work closely with our marketing manager to drive go-to-market activities, competitive intelligence, messaging, client education, monthly product release notes, and positioning of our products.


Attention to detail, strong writing skills, and an eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our product’s value proposition in a way that resonates with our target audience. You must be obsessed with tracking performance and have the data to prove what’s working and what isn’t. You must know our competitors like the back of your hand. You must also know our buyers better than they know themselves, including how they make their buying decisions.


  • Contribute to the creation of blogs posts, case studies, videos, email campaigns and other content marketing materials
  • Assist in the creation of training materials for existing clients (to drive adoption of the products)
  • Develop product messaging that differentiates new products and services from others in the market
  • Create engaging social media content
  • Add, organize and manage contacts/companies’ information on Hubspot (CRM)
  • Conduct research and market analysis into the latest trends
  • Maintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional stakeholders and executing self-lead research
  • Deep research and identify potential clients, companies, and decision-makers using different tools and platforms
  • Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs on an ongoing basis, and report back to the team lead on required changes
  • Assist with other duties as required


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Passion & drive for pursuing a career in marketing
  • 1+ years marketing experience (preferably for a SaaS product)
  • English language fluency is an essential requirement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven history of creating effective marketing materials
  • Experience with competitive analysis
  • Good ROI and data tracking skills
  • Must have strong writing skills (experience creating marketing content such as blogs is an advantage)
  • Strong interpersonal skills (experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is an advantage)


  • Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
  • Good knowledge of social networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Strong knowledge of Product marketing strategy (advantage)
  • Proficiency using CRM tools such as Hubspot (advantage)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Market Muse, Buzzumo, and Google Analytics (advantage)
