RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Office management: Computer system set up, furniture & equipment purchase, stationery, food & beverage filling, cleaning & security services arrangement
  • Event holder: coordinate with HR department to arrange company events/party/trips
  • Prepare itinerary, air ticket, hotel & pick-up car booking
  • Contract preparing & review: rental contracts, legal contracts and others related to the company’s operation
  • Arrange: business license, residence card, work permit, visa & other expatriate-related documents
  • Schedule meetings
  • Prepare & review all kinds of documents/translations and make sure they are signed by the managers on time
  • Bookkeeping, cash flow monitoring & coordinator with outsource accounting agency for financial report & tax finalization
  • Asset management & maintenance

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • College degree is required, Administration management or related major is preferred
  • At least 1 year working in related field
  • Fluent in speaking and writing English (TOEIC >800 or equivalent)
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Responsible, hardworking, self-motivated and aggressive at work
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office
